You just got a traffic ticket, now what should you do?

First of all, don’t panic. eTicketbuster is easy to use and you won’t have to take any time off of work to appear in court.

Completing the online form by following the above steps will allow us to determine whether we can help you.

Log in to your lockboxYou will provide some basic information about you and your ticket, and have the opportunity to upload your ticket (front and back, please).  The entire process only takes a few minutes of your time and all of your information is secure and protected in your personal Lockbox.

If you don't have a copy of the ticket handy to upload right away, you can upload your ticket/court date at a later time into your personal Lockbox. You will then be asked to deposit 50% of the ticket amount directly into our trust account, plus a $6.50 processing fee through our secure payment system, after which we will then individually evaluate your situation and begin preparing your statement to be submitted to the court.

On your ticket, be sure to check the "contested hearing" option and sign your ticket.  If you sign up for eTicketbuster's service, you will use eTicketbuster's address with your name in the space provided on your ticket, and you will send in your ticket to the court. eTicketbuster's address is: 605 First Avenue, Suite 530, Seattle, Washington 98104.  If you have already checked "contested hearing" and sent in your ticket to the court with your own address, that's OK as well.  We can still help you; just be sure to notify us via email with your court date and upload a copy of the notification you receive of your court date into your personal Lockbox.

Great job!  The hardest part is over. After we prepare your statement, you will be asked to review and electronically sign the completed statement in your Lockbox so we can send it to the court prior to the trial date.

Now you can sit back and relax as we wait to get the results from the court. If you win, we keep your trust account deposit; if not, your trust account deposit will be refunded to you. It’s really that easy!

We know traffic tickets inside and out, and are so confident in what we do that we offer a money back guarantee. So what are you waiting for?! Take eTicketbuster for a spin today (just don’t speed!)
